Brazilian Green Propoli
Adults: Take 0.5-1ml (0.5-1 full dropper tube; 10-20 drops), up to 2-3 times daily or as required
Children (age 2-12years): Take 0.5ml (half dropper tube; 10 drops), up to 2-3 times daily or as advised by qualified healthcare practitioners
Methods Of Consumption:
- Shake well before opening
- Hold some water in your mouth, drip propolis and hold in mouth for 1 minute before swallowing
- Mix with honey water, juice, or smoothie

For severe sore throat, swallow straight down your throat
