Do I have to register for an account to place an order?

We invite you to browse our site or make purchases without registering for an account. To make purchases, you are required to enter your Billing Details, Delivery Details, Delivery Method and Payment Method to facilitate our processing and delivery purposes. However, by joining as a Vitamin.sg member – at a limited-time offer of $35, you can enjoy faster checkout by saving your address information, access to your order history, track order status, enjoy exclusive discounts for all purchases, and participate in our Loyalty Program* where you can earn Vit$ to offset your purchase / membership renewal or redeem a host of attractive items.

How do I register for an account?
  1. Add products to cart, click “Checkout”
  2. Enter your Billing Details, Delivery Details, Delivery Method, Payment Method and click “Confirm Order”
  3. To check order status, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@vitamin.sg | +65 6255 7533, quoting your Order Confirmation No / Email Address.
How do I sign up for Vitamin.sg Membership?
  1. Click on “Join As Member” on the top right menu of the website
  2. Enter Your Personal Details, Your Address, Your Password and Notifications options, and click “Continue”
  3. You will be directed to the payment page to make payment for the membership fee. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to www.vitamin.sg, receive a Confirmation Order on the membership purchase via the email account registered with us.
  4. You can login to purchase products at member’s rate instantly, view order history, track order status, and enjoy other members-only benefits.
  5. Kindly note that Membership Fee is NOT Refundable.
Are there any alternative ways to place an order?

Can I change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?

If there’s a need to amend your address or you have changed your mind about the order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at info@vitamin.sg | +65 6255 7533 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Once order is packed and dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. For membership sales order, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

Does Vitamin.sg deliver to my location?

We currently only deliver within Singapore (Exclusions apply to restricted zones). For overseas delivery requests, please contact us at info@vitamin.sg
