Does Vitamin.sg deliver worldwide?

For Singapore: We deliver to all addresses, except for selected restricted zones and P.O. Box addresses. For addresses that we are unable to deliver to, we will contact you and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

For overseas: We currently deliver to Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. However, if you don’t reside in any of these countries, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] | +65 6255 7533, and we will try our best to fulfil your order delivery.

What’s the minimum order to receive free delivery?

For Singapore orders, with $80 & above in a single transaction, qualify for free delivery. Orders below $80 will be charged a flat delivery fee of $5.

For overseas orders, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] | +65 6255 7533 for the best rates.

What if I am not around when the delivery man arrives?

For Singapore orders, we normally will ship via courier. If delivery of goods to you is still unsuccessful within 7 days from the date of the 1st delivery, a re-delivery fee of S$5.00 will be charged. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

For Singapore orders, we always aim to deliver within three (3) working days (for available Product) and within seven (7) working days (for out-of-stock Product) from the date of order confirmation.

For overseas orders, delivery time will be advised accordingly, depending on your country of destination. Delivery will be via Singapore registered post, and you will be provided with a package tracking number.

We always aim to deliver your order as close as possible within the estimated delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates or timing.

For overseas orders, you can only opt for Delivery Method – Delivery.
